Check out today’s A Fractional CFO video.  Tony Fremarek ask’s today “Are you a Student of the Game?”.  Today’s baseball players are really students of the game, they study videos, learn tendencies, and find ways to tweak things to improve batting averages a number of points.  How do you increase the number of pitches that are strikes?  Today’s business owners need to become students of the game.  You need to really look at your business, understand how to tweak the business to get some additional revenue, improve efficiency, and squeeze out some extra dollars to the bottom line.
